| There are 2 pumpjack style wells producing into a single tank battery. The tank battery consists of 2 production tanks and a mechanical separator. The tank battery has no SPCC dike of any kind and is located near a creek drainage. Coming off of the separator is a polyline that is run into the woods, tied up a tree and is constantly and illegally venting gas. These issues need to be addressed before the well can be brought into compliance.

| I was on location to close out a compliance notice issues to this well. A dike has been erected around the tank battery, production statements have been filed and the well has stopped continual flaring of natural gas with the use of pop off valve that has been installed while the wells are not currently being produced.

| On the date of inspection I found production equipment to include two community 100bbl tanks, a vertical separator within a partial earthen dike, and a 1 inch poly line that has been run into the woods on the hill above the tank battery attached to a tree venting gas. The well is equipped with a pumping unit, rods, 2.375 inch tubing, 4.5 inch casing, and 8.625 inch casing. At the time of my inspection the tubing valve is in open position. Production records are current through 2013.

| I was on the phone with Mr. William Beucler regarding 2 compliance notices that I issued for the Wade lease. He is in the process of installing SPCC dikes on the tank battery for the 2 wells and wanted to know how to properly vent the gas from the well because there is no way to sell the gas commercially. I told him that he could flair the gas or use a mechanical pressure vent valve to control the gas venting. I will make a status check on the wells to determine when they are brought into compliance.

| I was onsite to follow up on a compliance notice issued for this well. The tank battery for these 2 wells have had a dike installed around it. The production for the well has also been submitted, Currently the well is still venting gas. I was in contact with the well owner and he is still unsure if he wanted to flare the wells or not. He is evaluating his options currently. I will pass the well for compliance when the venting issue has been taken care of.

| My inspection found a pump jack well with a 100 barrel production tank and a vertical mechanical separator. The tank and separator do not have a dike surrounding them, but I talked with the well pumper and well is currently not producing until new gas lines, brine tank and dyke is installed. Gas from the well is flared on hillside when in production. Will follow up on the site to ensure well is brought into compliance.
