| I was on location at 7:54am to witness the cementing of the 20 conductor casing.  Precision Rat Hole augered a 26 hole to 120' measured from ground level and the casing was butt welded and set open ended on bottom.  Allied Cementing rigged up to the casing, established circulation, and mixed and pumped 250 sacks of Class A cement.  The cement was displaced to 110' and 16 barrels of cement circulated to surface.  No violations.  See casing ticket for more details on this job.

| I was on location at noon to witness the cementing of the 13.375 surface casing.  O-Tex Pumping cemented 755' of surface casing with 148 barrels of Class H cement and 27 barrels of slurry circulated to surface.  The plug did not land after pumping 3 barrels over displacement (113bbls total) and the floats held.  The casing was pressure tested at 1000psi prior to drilling out the shoe track and satifies OAC 1501:9-1-08(D)3(b).  No violations.  See casing ticket for more details on this job.
