| This inspection was completed as part of the required five year mechanical integrity test (MIT). The test well is the 7" production casing in Akron #73. The reference well was the 7" casing in Akron #74 (PN-2967). The test began at 07:00 am and was concluded at 3:00 pm on 10/11/2011. The first pressure difference between the test well and the reference well was 249.672 psi. The final pressure difference between the test well and the reference well, eight hours later was 249.669 psi. Based on the pressure change from start to finish, the Akron 73 well easily passes this MIT.
