| Kilbarger #5 reach total depth on the surface hole on fluid at 334 feet at 6:20 pm 6/27/2013, drillers top of Big Lime 238'. No lost circulation zones or fluid loss while drilling noted. Ran 10 joints of new and used/tested 17 pound, 7 inch surface casing. Two new joints on bottom with guide shoe and two new joints on top landed with a 10 foot landing joint. Ran 307' set at 317'. Petroset hooked up and started pumping, broke circulation and pressured up to 400 pounds. Rig down and hook up Kilbarger which worked casing up and down, gained circulation and circulate hole from 10:05-10:30 pm. Hook-up Petroset, gained circulation and pumped away 60 sacks of class A with 3% calcium ran  50% excess, plug down 11:00 pm. Achieved no returns at surface, fluid level stayed at surface. Attempted grout at surface level. Jet wireline to run bond log on the surface casing before drilling out-from-surface. Surface casing cementing witnessed by Mason Drilling's John Mason.

| Inspected well location and surrounding area for Salt Water Injection Conversion (SWIW).  The well is located in a crop field.  The Olentagny River is located 2100 feet west of the well location.  An intermittent stream that drains into to Olentangy River  is located just north of the well location.  There are nine residential homes within 0.25 miles of the well on Caledonia Road (SR 746) and Roberts Road. Each of these homes are anticipated to have a water well that may be used for domestic purposes. The Del-Co Water Company, Inc. in the year 2002 laid water lines along Caledonia Road and Roberts Road.  Currently it is the option of the residents to be hooked up to the rural water supply. There are no significant issues that are of issue for the conversion of this well to a SWIW well.

The Olentagny River is located 2100 feet west of the well location. An intermittent stream that drains into to Olentangy River is located just north of the well location. There are nine residential homes within 0.25 miles of the well on Caledonia Road (SR 746) and Roberts Road. Each of these homes are anticipated to have a water well that may be used for domestic purposes. The Del-Co Water Company, Inc. in the year 2002 laid water lines along Caledonia Road and Roberts Road. Currently it is the option of the residents to be hooked up to the rural water supply. There are no significant issues that are of issue for the conversion of this well to a SWIW well.
