Permit, E&S Plan and Waste and Disposal plan on site as well as seasonal high groundwater table data. Site ID sign present. Fill slope of site has a stone-lined ditch, filter fence and brush pile along its length. Topsoil pile is placed near the pit. Dept. recommends temporarily stablizing topsoil pile. Well staked but not yet drilled. One below-grade, unlined pit on site. Access road is in stable condition and is covered with durable rock. Dept. notes that access road and site are snow covered.
