+ | | The Chicken Hawk site was inspected by the Department @1130 hours on May 12th, 2015. The weather was 68 degrees, partly cloudy with 68% humidity. 7 mph sustained winds out of the SW, with gusts up to 14 mph. The pad area was measured at 330'x381'. Containment, under piping leading to a temporary storage tank for fluid from the well head, appears to be breached and is no longer functional. This containment needs to be repaired. If this temporary containment is no longer in use, it needs to be removed from the site. Permanent containment surrounding the condenser was holding fluid with a conductivity reading of ~280µs/cm. Erosion blanketing being used as temporary stabilization, on the level spreader located off the eastern edge of the pad, has not achieved > 70% vegetation. Approval of this Notice of Termination is not recommended at this time. Please contact me with any questions. | ||
