2818038 Primary Facility 2018-12-20 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted The DEP conducted a routine inspection of SWEPI's Tice 653 Pad in Richmond Twp, Tioga County on 12/20/2018 at 1020 hours. The weather was partly cloudy and 39 degrees.

This site remains to be well stabilized and vegetated. Four wells remain onsite currently producing. Two production tanks are also onsite within containment and no corrosion was observed. The site is still regularly being inspected on a weekly basis.

No violations noted today, I departed the site at 1040 hours.
