| On October 10, 2017, the Department performed an inspection of the Range Resources Greaves well pad site. Present at time of inspection was Denny Furmanek (Range).  The site is located in West Finley Twp., Washington Co.  The inspection was related to a request by the operator to meet on site for review of a minor modification to the ESCGP1 permit.
 +

 +
The well access road and well pad are in good condition.
 +

 +
The site is stable with greater than 70% vegetative cover.

2651553 Primary Facility 2017-10-10 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On October 10, 2017, the Department performed an inspection of the Range Resources Greaves well pad site. Present at time of inspection was Denny Furmanek (Range). The site is located in West Finley Twp., Washington Co. The inspection was related to a request by the operator to meet on site for review of a minor modification to the ESCGP1 permit.

The well access road and well pad are in good condition.

The site is stable with greater than 70% vegetative cover.

The operator has requested to realign the restored well pad size and shape to accommodate the location of production equipment on the site. The operator will change the shape of the well pad as well as decrease the non permeable surface area. The Department reviewed the minor modification to the ESCGP1 permit restoration plan.

5 wells have been drilled to completion on site and are equipped for production.

2788455 Primary Facility 2018-10-03 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On October 3, 2018, the Department performed an inspection of the Range Resources Greaves well pad site. The site is located in West Finley Twp., Washington County. The inspection was a routine inspection of the site after a request by the operator to review the site prior to submission of a Notice of Termination for the ESCGP1 permit.

The Act 9 sign was in place and legible.

The access road and well pad are in good condition.

The site is stable with greater than 70% perennial vegetative cover.

The operator has recently restored the site to interim restoration requirements, and has removed all the E&S BMPs.

5 wells have been drilled to completion on site and are equipped for production.

The GPUs for the 5 wells equipped for production are in good condition, but are not in secondary containment. The wells were drilled prior to 2016 and the requirement of secondary containment by § 78a.64a(b). Upon the need for maintenance on the GPUs the operator will be required to place the GPUs in secondary co
