Gas is being vented through the top of the 210 Barrel tank. Venting of gas shall cease immediately. Any tank being used to store hydrocarbons shall be set at least fifty (50) feet from a well. Tank shall be moved or emptied of oil. The producer stated he would be by to shut the well in later this afternoon.

Pits shall be closed in order to meet preliminary restoration requirements. A 210 Barrel production tank, located 15 feet from the well, is being used to separate flow back water from oil and gas. Gas is being vented through the top of the 210 Barrel tank. Venting of gas shall cease immediately. Any tank being used to store hydrocarbons shall be set at least fifty (50) feet from a well. Tank shall be moved or emptied of oil. The producer stated he would be by to shut the well in later this afternoon.
