| This is a Follow Up on a Compliance Notice #2139287074 sent to Big Sky on 4/18/2016. On 4/14/2016 an inspection took place for a Civil Action Follow---10 5. During that inspection on 4/14/2016 I witnessed that the pop off valve on the separator was leaking gas and the dike around the 100 bbl. tank contained 1 to 2 inches of brine. Today during my follow up inspection I witnessed that the dike was free of brine and the pop off valve on the separator was no longer leaking gas. The violations have been fixed and this satisfies Compliance Notice #2139287074.

| The purpose of my inspection today is a Civil Action Follow---10 5. During the time of my inspection the well is equipped with 8.625 inch surface casing, 4.5 inch production casing, 1.5 inch tubing, rods head, and a pumping unit. The motor has been removed from the pumping unit. This well is in production; the production valve is open. The production equipment includes one 100 bbl. tank and one horizontal separator. I observed gas was leaking from a pop off valve on the separator. The dike surrounding the 100 bbl. tank has 1 to 2 inches of brine.  Brine must be removed from the dike and disposed of in a proper manner.

0963967505 2016-05-12 Production Wells No Violations This is a Follow Up on a Compliance Notice #2139287074 sent to Big Sky on 4/18/2016. On 4/14/2016 an inspection took place for a Civil Action Follow---10 5. During that inspection on 4/14/2016 I witnessed that the pop off valve on the separator was leaking gas and the dike around the 100 bbl. tank contained 1 to 2 inches of brine. Today during my follow up inspection I witnessed that the dike was free of brine and the pop off valve on the separator was no longer leaking gas. The violations have been fixed and this satisfies Compliance Notice #2139287074.

The well is shut in no gas is venting from the separator.

2139287074 2016-04-14 Production Wells Violations Noted The purpose of my inspection today is a Civil Action Follow---10 5. During the time of my inspection the well is equipped with 8.625 inch surface casing, 4.5 inch production casing, 1.5 inch tubing, rods head, and a pumping unit. The motor has been removed from the pumping unit. This well is in production; the production valve is open. The production equipment includes one 100 bbl. tank and one horizontal separator. I observed gas was leaking from a pop off valve on the separator. The dike surrounding the 100 bbl. tank has 1 to 2 inches of brine. Brine must be removed from the dike and disposed of in a proper manner.
