| Trans Canada has there service rig on site. They found free point of the 4.5 inch diameter casing at 853 feet. They pulled the 853 feet of 4.5 inch diameter casing and inspected the casing. The 4.5 inch diameter casing was ran back in with a packer set at 853 feet. A temporary plug was placed inside the 4.5 inch diameter casing and was tested to 2000 psi for 1 hour. Key Energy performed the pressure test. I did not witness the pressure test. I was provided evidence of the pressure test from Trans Canada.

| I received a request from Mr. Herb Beamer to meet him on site. He wanted to know what Trans Canada was going to due about the leak of natural gas. Mr. Beamer claims he can smell natural gas at fitting on the wellhead. He does this by cupping his hands against the wellhead and inserts is nose to try and smell natural gas. Trans Canada had checked the well on 1.29.2018 with the leak detection equipment and did not find any leaks. I spoke with Trans Canada on 2.2.2018 and told me they were having a meeting concerning Mr. beamers complaint. They also told me they would let me know Monday 2.5.2018 or Tuesday, 2.6.2018 of the results of the meeting. I told Mr. Beamer I would let him know what they prepared to do concerning his complaint.

| I met with landowner Mr. Herb Beamer regarding a leak on this storage well. Trans Canada storage well technician attempted to stop the leak by adding grease to the fitting. The well technician also tightened the packing collar and this did not fix the leak. The main valve at the wellhead was shut off and a lock and chain were used to lockout the well. By closing this valve the leak was corrected. Trans Canada will be contacting me when they decide how to repair the packing collar. Mr. Beamer asked to be notified my myself when the leak was repaired.

| I received a request for a inspection from a Mr. Herb Beamer. Mr. Beamer said the valve on this well was leaking natural gas. I met Mr. Beamer at 0745 hours this day. I had my Industrial Scientific Ventis Pro 4 gas detector on and the detector did not register any LEL reading. I called TransCanada transmission mechanic Mr. Jordan Hicks concerning Mr. beamers complaint. Mr. Hicks said he would check the well this day after he was done with his meeting. I asked Mr. Hicks to call me with his findings. Mr. Hicks called me at 0939 and found a small leak at the packing of the top valve. They worked the valve and were able to stop the leak. I informed Mr. Beamer of my findings.

I did not smell an odor nor could I hear any leaks. Mr. Beamer poured tap water on the fitting to observe bubbles. I did not observe any bubbles. The well has been reworked recently and the wellhead had fresh paint. I could smell the fresh paint. Identification at the well was torn but legible. Time of inspection: 8:20 AM. | I received a call from a Mr. Herb Beamer alleging a methane leak at this storage well. The call came in on 1.28.18 at 1612 hours. I asked Mr. Beamer if this was a emergency, he said it was not. I arrived on site today and met Mr. Beamer at 1520 hours. Mr. Beamer pointed out he could smell gas when he got very close to the wellhead and cupped his hands to try and get a smell of gas. I called Mr. Dan Talbert with well owner Trans Canada, Mr. Talbert used his gas meter to try and find a gas leak but did not find a leak. I did not use my gas meter as it was calibrated today and was not function properly. I updated the complaint database with Mr. Beamers complaint.
