Petroset Cementing Services cemented 11.75 casing @ 42' with 225 sacks of Class A, #% CaCl2, 1/4 lbs. celloflake per sack. Broke circulation with 200lbs. Gel and 50 lbs. cottonseed hulls. Water temp. was 46 degrees, pH-7. I observed cement returns amounting to approx. 5 Bbls. circulated to the pit. Wait on cement ( WOC ) time given was eight hours. I did not observe any violations.
