+ | | Plug / Plug Back | ||
+ | | No Violations | ||
+ | | The purpose of my inspection was to witness plugging operations. Cemenco Services Incorporated and Coshocton Pipe and Leasing were on location. The well is a Rose Run well with a total depth of 3660 feet, equipped with 20 pound per foot 8.625 inch diameter surface casing to a depth of 400 feet, and 10.5 pound per foot 4.5 inch diameter production casing to a depth of 3654 feet. The well was completed through the 4.5 inch production casing by setting perforations from 3573 feet to 3583 feet with 31 shots. During my inspection I witnessed Coshocton Pipe dig and line the pit and Cemenco rig up to the well. Fresh water was pumped ahead of a 250 foot of class A cement bottom Rose Run plug from 3376 feet to 3626 feet that was set through 2.375 inch diameter tubing. The plug was displaced to 3376 feet with fresh water. The 2.375 inch diameter tubing was tripped out of the hole to prepare to rip the 4.5 inch diameter production casing. The 4.5 inch diameter production casing was ripped at 2360 feet. The 4.5 inch diameter casing was pulled up to 2000 feet. Cemenco set a 250 foot Clinton plug through the 4.5 inch diameter casing from 2000 feet to 1750 feet using class A cement and 2% Gel. The Clinton plug was displaced to 1750 feet using fresh water. The 4.5 inch casing was pulled up to 1260 feet. Cemenco pumped a 150 foot Big Lime plug through the 4.5 inch diameter casing from 1260 feet to 1110 feet using class A cement with 2% gel. The plug was displaced with fresh water to 1110 feet. The 4.5 inch diameter casing was pulled up to 500 feet to set a 200 foot bottom of surface casing plug through the 4.5 inch diameter casing from 500 feet to 300 feet using class A cement with 2% gel. The plug was displaced with fresh water to 300 feet. The 4.5 inch diameter casing was pulled out of hole. Cemenco set a 100 foot plug to surface using class A cement with 2% gel. The plug stayed at surface. | ||

0864446325 | 2019-02-06 | Final Restoration | No Violations | My inspection revealed the site meets requirements for final restoration. The area where the well was located is a hay field. There was no evidence of the well or any production equipment. |
1494451616 | 2017-05-10 | Plug / Plug Back | No Violations | The purpose of my inspection was to witness plugging operations. |
