| The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check on well #2-0769.  A review of RBDMS indicated the owner was current with reported production.  Access to the well and tank battery was stable and drivable.  Correct identification was present.  The 8.6265 well head was at grade.  The 4.5 annulus was plumbed into the flow line a high/low Murphy switch installed in line.  The 4.5 production casing was equipped with a plunger lift assembly.  The master valve was in the closed position.  A domestic supply connection was present. No leaks were observed.  A stable earthen dike that was free of fluid was present around the production equipment.  Equipment within the dike consisted of one (1) vertical separator and one (1) 140 bbl production tank.  The separator remained in good repair and contained a current 7 day production chart.  The production tank remained in good repair.  Valves were closed and plugged. No violations were observed during this inspection.

1297476835 2017-12-19 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check on well #2-0769. A review of RBDMS indicated the owner was current with reported production. Access to the well and tank battery was stable and drivable. Correct identification was present. The 8.6265 well head was at grade. The 4.5 annulus was plumbed into the flow line a high/low Murphy switch installed in line. The 4.5 production casing was equipped with a plunger lift assembly. The master valve was in the closed position. A domestic supply connection was present. No leaks were observed. A stable earthen dike that was free of fluid was present around the production equipment. Equipment within the dike consisted of one (1) vertical separator and one (1) 140 bbl production tank. The separator remained in good repair and contained a current 7 day production chart. The production tank remained in good repair. Valves were closed and plugged. No violations were observed during this inspection.
