| I was onsite to witness the conductor being cemented to surface. Poulson Drilling drilled a 14-3/4 hole to a depth of 66ft. They ran 11-3/4 Conductor pipe in the hole and cemented it to the surface. Formation used 50sks of Class a Cement, 100lbs gel, 30lbs cotton seed hulls and 150lbs of Accelerator. We had 1bbl of cement returns to the surface.

| I was onsite to witness the 8-5/8 surface casing being cemented to surface. Poulson Drilling drilled a 11 hole to a depth of 681ft. They ran 652ft of 8-5/8, 20lb casing in the well. Formation cementing cemented the pipe to the surface with 185lbs of Class A Cement 1% gel, 500lbs gel, 500lbs accelerator, 80lbs L.C.M cotton seed hulls and 50lbs of L.C.M Flake. We received 7bbls of cement to the surface.

| I went out to this well to do a field inspection on it. At this time the well has not been fracked yet and has not been put in production. I contacted Mr. Poling to see what the hold up was with getting this well fracked. He said he was waiting for the price of oil to come back up. I told him that the well still needed to be treated and put in production. The well can not just sit here idle. He said he would start getting things lined up to get the job done. I will call him again next week to see what the schedule is.
