| Follow up to the initial inspection last September for possible orphan well. The purpose of this inspection was 1) to talk to the landowner about initiating a request to treat the well as orphan, 2) check the property for other possible Berea wells and 3) to contact Sun Products as to their requirements or involvement when plugging a well within their right-of-way. The landowner discussions indicated that the property has been sold. I called the new owner and left a message that he contact me as soon as possible in order to initiate the orphan well process. There were no other wells in evidence on this property, nor did the old owner recall finding anything either in the woods or the fields. Sun Pipeline only requested that they be notified when plugging occurs so that they can have someone on site.

| Initial investigation of a possible I &O Berea well. The well is equiped with a grasshopper jack and is leaking some gas at the wellhead. The only production equipment is an empty wood stock tank. The landowner indicated that his grandmother stopped using any gas from the well years ago. MRM records indicate that the well was drilled in 1936 by Litchfield Oil Development Company. The total depth was 401 feet with 20 feet of 8 drive pipe and 120 feet of 6 1/4 casing.

| Met Bill Barth with Sunoco on-site on 10/15/2015 regarding an orphan well located within the Sunoco pipeline right-of-way.  The well is equipped with a grasshopper pumpjack.  The well is located ~10 from an old water well, and ~8.5 from Sunocos Mariner West 10 ethane line.  No gas was detected with the gas detector, but occasional whiffs of gas were noted.  Well is likely orphan.  Will attempt to contact landowner to discuss application into the orphan well program.
