0508882177	2016-04-28	Field Inspected, Well Not Found	No Violations	On the day of my inspection using a handheld GPS unit and coordinates and thoroughly inspecting the area I found no well or production equipment. ODNR files were reviewed revealing no plugging report for the well. I placed call to MFC Drilling and spoke to Jackie Wilkins and stated my findings and requested any information they have on the well. Ms. Wilkins reviewed the file and transferred the call to Rob Clauss who stated the well was plugged prior to being transferred to MFC.
