1436797623 2015-07-13 Production Wells No Violations At the request of Mallory Stanton, Geologist at ODNR, I inspected the following well. Well consist of a five inch casing, open hole. Casing is covered with large limestone rock and holes rusted through steel casing. It appears that this well has not been produced recently and water level inside casing is just below ground level.
