Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
0243374191 2015-12-02 Orphan No Violations I inspected this well location as an evaluation of current site conditions. The well which was uncovered earlier, has been re-covered. The grass in the area of the well is stressed with a dead zone coincident with the well, approximately 3 in diameter. At the time of this inspection, I noted an intermittent gas odor but no sustained meter readings.
0554427271 2016-03-11 Orphan No Violations I inspected this well as an evaluation of current site conditions. The well was previously discovered based on the presence of a persistent dead spot and associated intermittent reports of gas smell in a multi-purpose ball field. An exploratory excavation revealed the presence of an 8.625-inch diameter surface casing in the shallow subsurface at the location of the dead spot. At the time of this inspection, the area of the well is covered in turf grass and exhibits a 3 diameter dead spot. I did not detect any gas odors at the time of this inspection.
