1912203984 2018-08-08 Preliminary Restoration No Violations On this day, I am conducting a preliminary restoration inspection. There has been recent activity at the site, and vegetation has yet to be established. There is no substantial erosion. I will return to the site before passing the preliminary restoration. I found the well equipped with 4.5 inch diameter casing and 1.9 inch diameter tubing with the production valves open. It is produced by means of a pumping unit with rods and an electric motor. The production facility is shared with permit number 2-4173 (located on Cronin Creek Road) consists of (2) 100 barrel steel tanks, (1) 2,100 gallon polymer tank, vertical separator, and drip tank all contained within an earthen dike. The well appears to provide domestic gas. I spoke with Bud Byers, of 2Byers Enterprises during my inspection. The production records are current through 2016.
