Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
0112578996 2018-03-23 Preliminary Restoration No Violations On the day of my inspection I found this well in the process of flowing back. There are two desanders, three frac tanks, two GPUs, two line heaters, two sand seperators, and two 400 barrel steel tanks, inside their own containment. Falcon EFS is working on the flowback. Wellhead is tied into both sets of production equipment. Pad is stable and vegetated. Site meets requirements of ORC 1509.072A for preliminary restoration.
0926357350 2017-10-23 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed Patterson 580 drilling at 18,976 feet. Company man Jackie believes they should reach total depth by tomorrow morning. Area received rain today and it appears containment is functioning as designed.
1218365048 2017-10-18 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed Patterson 580 drilling an 8.75 inch diameter hole at a depth of 8047 feet. Walk around the pad revealed containment appears to be functioning properly. Pad drains are shut in.
