| I was onsite to check the status of this producing well. There are no changes to the location since the last inspection with the exception that several oil spots around the well head have been cleaned up and some service work has been completed on the flow lines for the pumpjack well. There are no violations at this time.

| On the date of my inspection I found a shared tank battery to include two properly identified 100 barrel tanks, 1 properly identified 210 barrel tank, a 30 barrel poly brine tank, 2 vertical separators, 2 drips, and 2 production meter boxes with orifice plates and current charts within an earthen dike.  The well is equipped with a pumping unit, rods, 2.375 inch tubing and 4.5 inch casing.  A 2.375 inch production line ties into both the tubing and casing, a gauge on the line reads 40 pounds per square inch.  The tubing and casing valves are in the open position.  The production records are only current through 2014.
