A sample was collected and submitted for SAC 942 analysis. Violations were cited during this inspection for release of a pollutional substance (25 PA Code 78.57, SWMA 301 and 402 CSL). During the inspection, John Mahaley from PGE showed up on site and shut the valves on the production tanks to stop the release. A voicemail was left for Landon Vanord, Enviromental Technician from PGE, at 1033 on his cell phone making aware of the release. The last self-inspection conducted on behalf of PGE was on 3/12/13. The site has been re-graded and temporarily stabilized. the applicable Post construction Stormwater BMPs have been installed. A minimum uniform 70% perennial vegetative cover, with a density capable of resisting accelerated erosion and sedimentation was not observed.
