The Department was on site at the Coleman Well Site (NR-17) to conduct a Routine Partial Inspection. At the time of the inspection, the Department found that the E&S Plan was on site and the E&S Inspection Log indicated that SRT conducted a Post Weather inspection on 6/6/16. The E&S Inspection Log revealed that the inspectors did not believe the site needed attention. The log went back to 9/2/15 and none of the inspections, from that date to present, indicated that attention was needed. Large areas of the slopes on the well site consisted of rock. Areas that had erodible material present appeared to meet temporary stabilization requirements. |
