Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2826388 Primary Facility 2019-01-14 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted At time of inspection.

On site for a new spud inspection. Met with Minichi driller Keith Bowman. Minichi Contracting Group was on site to drill and run the conductor pipe in the Dropp 1H, 2H, 3H, 5H, 6H and Gremmel 3H wells. They were digging out to place the cellar on the 6H when I arrived on site. The Dropp 1H was completed at 88'. The Dropp 2H was completed at 58'. The Dropp 3H was completed at 55'. The Dropp 5H was completed at 48'. The Dropp 6H was completed at 45'. The Gremmel 3H was completed at 88'. There is one existing well on site, the 4H that is in production. I took a walk around the location and there were no obvious concerns noticed. There were no violations noted.

2834912 Primary Facility 2019-02-04 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted At time of inspection.

Met with company man Johnny Hale. Falcon 24 was on site to drill and run the surface and intermediate casings. They didn't get return when cementing the intermediate casing. A CBL was run and determined the top of cement was at 750'. They did a top out and got cement return to surface with 20bbls of cement, cement fell back. They tagged top of cement at 300' and did a second top out with 10bbls of cement. They got cement return to surface and cement did not fall back after second top out (see photo #3). There is one existing well on the pad that is in production and six new wells to be drilled. They are drilling the surface hole on the third of the six wells. A half bbl of fresh water was reported to the Department on 2/1/19 that came out of the top of the flare stack (see photos #4,5,6). I took a walk around the location and there were no obvious concerns noticed. There were no violations noted.
