Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2760514 Primary Facility 2018-08-06 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Weather was 78° and sunny at time of inspection. There were no Rockdale Marcellus representatives on location at time of inspection. Well is a spud conductor. Cellar is empty and recently cemented. Mouse hole was also in place. Both the conductor casing and mouse hole had steel plated welded over them at time of inspection. No violations were noted at time of inspection.
2765765 Primary Facility 2018-08-20 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Weather was 78° and sunny at time of inspection.
2771520 Primary Facility 2018-09-06 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Weather was 77° and sunny at time of inspection. There were no Rockdale Marcellus representatives on location at time of inspection. Surface and intermediate casing were drilled and cemented to surface. Well had a temporary wellhead installed until the completion rig moves onto location from the Wesneski Pad. Mouse hole had a steel plate welded over the top. No violations were noted at time of inspection.
2776856 Primary Facility 2018-09-19 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Weather was 67° and Cloudy at time of inspection. Met with Rockdale Marcellus representative Jim Tracey on location. Rig was in the process of completing rig up to begin drilling the curve and lateral section of this well. No violations were noted at time of inspection.
2778815 Primary Facility 2018-09-24 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Weather was 62° and partly cloudy at time of inspection. Met with Rockdale Marcellus representative Jim Tracey on location. Well was currently drilled to TD at time of inspection. Rig was in the process of running the 5 1/2" production casing in the hole. They were estimating to cement casing later that afternoon. Conducted a walk around inspection of location. No violations were noted at time of inspection.
2784355 Primary Facility 2018-10-03 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted I met Danny Brooks, Rockdale company man, when I arrived. Drilling is completed, and the process of rigging down had just started. Drilling mud was present near the rig on the rig mats; cleaning the mats had not yet begun. Rolloff containers for cuttings in the backyard were on secondary containment, but these appeared to be undersized for the containers. I recommended to Danny that these containments be constructed larger in the future. A small area off of containment between the backyard and the pipe area had what appeared to be a 2' x 2' spot where a small amount of black discoloration, likely drill mud, was lightly smeared on top of the mud. I recommended to Danny that it be shoveled up immediately.
2840992 Primary Facility 2019-02-14 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Routine inspection conducted to assess overall site conditions. Site was snow-covered at the time of inspection. Three well heads were present. None were staged for production and none had well tags. The Department recommends labeling the well heads with well tags. Three GPUs are present and are in good condition. Two steel double-walled produced water tanks are present and in good condition. There is some erosion present downhill of the outlet pipe for the infiltration basin.

No violations noted.
