1036063572 2016-09-21 Production Wells No Violations The inspection revealed that this well is equipped with a pumping unit, 4 1/2 inch diameter well head at the surface, 2 inch diameter steel production lines, and 1 1/2 inch diameter production tubing. The valves on the well head were closed at the time of inspections. The tank battery is at the entrance to the well and consists of a single 100 barrel tank. This well is beyond the gate right near the tank and this gate is the entrance to most of the wells on the Baker lease. The tank is a shared tank between 8 other wells. At the time of inspection this well is idle and not producing.
