The 13 3/8” casing was set at 934 ft. on 5/2/16. Operator attempted to cement casing to surface. Water was circulated to surface but not cement. Cement was tagged at 160 ft. and grouted to surface. Coal was found from 885 ft. to 891 ft. Two baskets were set 35 ft. above top of coal. The 9 5/8” casing was set at 2582 ft. on 5/4/16 and cemented to surface with 50 bbls returned. A Casing Annulus Packer was set in the 9 5/8” casing string at 1788 ft. Currently at 2635 ft. and drilling out float shoe.

+ | | Today I conducted a routine inspection at the Cogar well pad and the following was observed.
+ | |||
+ | Proper signs were displayed identifying the site. EQT currently has a rig on site and is drilling 1 of 6 new wells. The well heads onsite are contained inside subsurface vaults covered with equipment for the drilling process and could not be visually inspected. The production tanks were in good condition no leaks , rust or defects observed. Secondary containment for the site was intact and maintained.
+ | |||
+ | The site had some stabilization issues on the SW side of the access road.
+ | I there was some slides forming inside and outside the LOD. I spoke with Brian Morris from EQT about the issue and we arranged a site inspection on 3/13/18 at 1:30pm to discuss the plan for stabilizing that area.

2453143 | Primary Facility | 2016-02-22 | Preoperation Inspection | No Violations Noted | Pre-operational inspection conducted at the request of the operator in accordance with 58 Pa. C.S. §3258 (a.1). No violations noted during the inspection. |
2467100 | Primary Facility | 2016-03-22 | Drilling/Alteration | No Violations Noted | Cellar Tech auger rig
Drilled a 30” wellbore and set 26” conductor casing at 40 ft. on 3/19/16. |
2481644 | Primary Facility | 2016-05-05 | Drilling/Alteration | No Violations Noted | Alpha Hunter Drilling Rig #6
Moved onto this well on 4/30/16 and resumed drilling at 53 ft. KB. The 18 5/8” casing was set at 678 ft. on 4/30/16 and cemented to surface on 4/30/16 with 35 bbls returned. |

2490603 | Primary Facility | 2016-06-03 | Drilling/Alteration | No Violations Noted | Orion Drilling Rig #17
Moved onto this well on 5/30/16 and resumed drilling at 6210 ft. KB. EOB on the curve was at 9220 ft. MD (7889 ft. TVD). Currently at 12,365 ft. MD and preparing to TOOH for new bit. |
2700332 | Primary Facility | 2018-02-26 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | This well has been completed and is now producing. |
2705019 | Primary Facility | 2018-03-07 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | Today I conducted a routine inspection at the Cogar well pad and the following was observed.
Proper signs were displayed identifying the site. The site had some stabilization issues on the SW side of the access road. I there was some slides forming inside and outside the LOD. I spoke with Brian Morris from EQT about the issue and we arranged a site inspection on 3/13/18 at 1:30pm to discuss the plan for stabilizing that area. |
