The Act 9 sign was clearly legible at the site entrance which is secured with a locked gate. All required documentation was available on-site. The access road and the well pad are in good condition and the site is stabilized with various stages of vegetative growth and E&S BMPs. The operator should continue their periodic monitoring program and address any deficiencies, signs of accelerated erosion and/or sedimentation upon identification. The secondary containment structure around the production tanks appear to be in good condition and functioning as intended. The gas wells appear to be in good working order and are each labelled accordingly. No violations were noted during the inspection. |
