1703199855 2016-02-10 Orphan No Violations Performed inspection of this well alongside Steve Sapio of the USFS and Jim Wood of the BLM. Upon inspection, it was observed that the well is idle, incapable of production, and may be orphan. The well was assigned this API # by DOGRM Permitting Section as a result of this inspection. The well consists of wooden conductor, 5.1875 surface casing, and 2.375 production tubing with rods. There are no lines attached to the well. No pollution or contamination was observed. Photos were taken. The well will be referred to the Orphan Well Program.
