0875542022 | 2012-10-15 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | My inspection today finds the rig is preparing to retrieve a joint of 18.625 casing from the well bore. The current depth is 327. |
0929903584 | 2017-06-07 | Final Restoration | No Violations | The purpose of my inspection was a status check on a final restoration. During my inspection there was no evidence of the well existing, all debris from the plugging operations had been removed. A level graded gravel surface was left in place of the plugged well. The production equipment left behind belongs to the addition five producing wells on this pad. Location meets final restoration requirements 1509.072 (B). |
1351007501 | 2012-10-23 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | My inspection today finds the rig crew trying to fish the lost joint of pipe. Previous attempts have failed. They are continuing to try. The pipe is now at bottom 327 |
1351030531 | 2012-10-21 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | Operator called and stated they were ready to run 18.625 casing went to site and rig crew ran 331 of casing but they had to wash down 10 of casing while doing so bottom joint of casing broke off and decision was made to pull casing and attempt to retrieve broken section of casing and then ream out well bore and then try and run casing again and cement it in place. |
2128155280 | 2012-10-26 | Plug / Plug Back | No Violations | My inspection today finds the well operator Antero, has after four days of fishing for the joint of 18.625 pipe that was lost in the hole, decided to plug the well. The total depth reached on the well was 327. The rig has run 315 of 2.375 tubing in the well. Allied Oil and Gas pumped 45 bbl of cement. The rig crew pulled 4 joints of tubing. Allied the pumped 70 bbl of cement slurry. The rig crew pulled 4 more joints of tubing. The last plug was 45 bbl of cement, this brought the cement to surface. I instructed the company man James, to cut the conductor off 30 below ground level and put a steel plate on top of the well with the permit number on it. I also asked him to put a cover over the cellar. |
