Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
0616901833 2013-08-23 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations The producing unit consists of the following elements: A production wellhead and aboveground storage tank (AST) battery. The production wellhead is fitted with a mechanical plunger lift system and is located 75 feet east of the tank battery. The tank battery system, which is reportedly shared with the #2 and #8, includes 1 100-barrel production tank, a 50-barrel production tank, and a 50-barrel brine tank, mechanical separator and associated appurtenances. The tank battery is overgrown with weeds. Secondary containment is adequate. Tank and well spacing is in accordance with 1501:09. The interior of the tank battery needs to be cleared of weed overgrowth. Because the tank battery is shared with multiple wells, an ID placard is needed at the wellhead. I spoke with Jim Adams, contract pumper for Kleese, about the need for ID and maintenance. He indicated that the issues would be taken care of by the end of the week.
1213228071 2013-02-19 UrbanPreliminary Restoration No Violations The wellhead consists of a mechanical lift unit, not enclosed. The associated tank battery consists of 1 100-barrel (BBL) tank, 2 50 BBL tanks, and a mechanical separator, in a separate, locked enclosure. The spacing is in accordance with the rule. The tank battery dike is adequate. The unit identification is hand written and unclear. I contacted Matt Kleese and advised him about the need for revised identification. The tank battery is shared with the #2054 unit. There has been no production reports filed for this unit since 2010. I contacted Maryann at Kleese Dev. Assoc. She indicated that they may have forgotten to file the 2011 production report.
1956785350 2017-09-15 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this well location as part of routine inspection activity. At the time of this inspection, I observed the following: a wellhead with plunger-lift system and associated tank battery located on an otherwise undeveloped property. The load-line valves were secure and locked. Tank lids were closed and secure. The secondary containment was intact and dry. I walked the areas surrounding the well and battery and found no signs of impacts or problems.
