Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
0234653006 2017-07-07 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this well as part of routine inspection activity. The wellhead and battery are located in a small clearing in a mostly wooded area. The wellhead plunger and battery are in separate board-on-board enclosures which are locked. Fittings and connections are secure and free from signs of leakage or problems. The load-outs are secure, plugged, and locked. Process safety gear is present. Signage is in place. I walked the areas surrounding the well and battery and found no observable signs of impact to the natural greenscape.
0617168065 2013-10-07 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations The producing unit consists of a pump jack unit at the wellhead, enclosed in a board-on-board enclosure and aboveground storage tank (AST) battery in separate board-on-board enclosure. The battery is comprised of 2 140-barrel steel production tanks, a 50 barrel poly brine tank. And a separator unit. There is a remote heater unit in a chain-link enclosure. Spacing and secondary containment is good. Unit identification is good. Lease road is in good condition. No problems noted.
1373309782 2013-07-08 UrbanPreliminary Restoration No Violations The producing unit consists of a an above-ground storage tank (AST) battery with 2 140-barrel steel production tanks, and 1 50-barrel steel brine tank, a mechanical separator, and metering run. Identification is present. There is an earthen secondary containment which is in good condition. The load-outs are bull-plugged. Safety equipment is present. The wellhead is located 50 feet north of the battery. The wellhead consists of a pumpjack system and associated valve-tree. There is earthen secondary containment at the wellhead as well. The wellhead and battery are in separate board-on-board enclosures which are locked. There is a separate indirect-fire heater located 50 feet from the wellhead in a chain-link enclosure. The lease road is primarily shared with the residential driveway. A small dedicated portion is paved with mixed, coarse limestone aggregate. I did not observe any problems or violations. Preliminary restoration passes.
