1296169054 | 2014-01-13 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | My inspection found the well in production. The well was equipped with a plunger lift unit. The tank battery consisted of a 100 barrel production tank, a 50 barrel brine tank, and a separator. The dike met containment requirements. There was a lock and plug on the load line. Half of the identification sign was missing. All of the production equipment spacing was incompliance. The lease road was in good condition. I contacted Everflow and told the well tender to replace the identification sign. The well was placed into production prior to House Bill 278. |
