0693609922 | 2012-07-05 | Production Wells | No Violations | On 7/5/2012, I completed a production well inspection status check. My inspection found the well was a plunger lift unit (rabbit) that was in good condition. The tank battery contained one 100 barrel oil storage tank, one 50 barrel brine tank, and a separator, with the proper identification posted. I noticed no visible spills or leaks. The lease road was in good condition, there are no violations at this time. |
2114518757 | 2015-07-02 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I was on location for a status check. During my inspection, I found the well in production. The well is equipped with a plunger lift assembly. The tank battery consists of a 100 barrel production tank and a mechanical separator. There is a dike around the tank. An identification sign is posted on the separator. The lease road is in stable condition. The well was placed into production prior to House Bill 278. |
