Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
0901099485 2016-07-25 Final Restoration No Violations Inspected location on 07/25/2016 at the request of Supervisor Will Ziegler. The well coordinates plot in an active horse pasture. As there is no lease road access or production equipment, it is likely that the well was plugged and the location has since been reclaimed. Additionally, as all production equipment has been removed and there is no longer a trace of a well, the final restoration passes. No problems were noted at the time of the inspection.
