0186942373 2006-04-04 Production Wells No Violations The tank battery consists of 1-100 bbl storage tank, 1-separator, a fence and no dike.
0344531288 2009-08-20 Production Wells No Violations I walked around the tank battery and the wellhead and found that there were no violations at this time.
1345273803 2018-05-23 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check on well #2-2312. ODNR-DOGRM Northeast District Stephen Ochs was present during the inspection. RBDMS indicated the reported production was current. Access to the well and tank was through a commercial parking lot. The well head was enclosed by a locked chain link fence with well casing posts to prevent impacts. Correct identification was present. The 8.625 well head was above grade and closed to atmosphere. The 4.5 production casing was equipped with a plunger lift assembly. Production valves were in the open position. No leaks were observed. Two (2) domestic supply connections were present. The tank battery was enclosed by a locked chain link fence enclosure that contained correct identification. Equipment within the enclosure consisted of one (1) horizontal separator and one (1) 50 bbl production tank. The separator remained in good repair with no evidence of leaks. A worn earthen dike that was free of fluid was present around the production tank. Last reported fluid production was 2013. The production tank remained in good repair. Valves were closed, locked and plugged. No violations were observed during this inspection.
