0914575716 2016-05-17 Production Wells No Violations Inspected production well on 05/17/2016. The tank battery consists of 1-100 bbl steel tank, located within a partial earthen dike. The dike needs built-up in order to effectively serve as containment in the case of a release. Additionally, the well identification that is posted at the tank battery is mostly torn off and needs replaced. Jeff Harmon, with MFC Drilling, was notified of these issues and will address them promptly. The well is equipped with a pump jack with an electric motor. No other problems were noted at the time of the inspection.
