A vertical separator was located near the wellhead and was busted and a 1-inch diameter orange flowline leading to a dwelling about 100 feet from wellhead. Previous violations for Nonproduction well shall be plugged, Failure to legible identify well, no fencing, no locks, no tanks and well shall be plugged have not be resolved. I called Nick Ross at 11:01 am and left a message to contact me and as of 2/9/2018 have not had a call back.

2070674152 2014-05-27 Production Wells No Violations Upon inspection, it was observed that this well is idle and has never shown production according to RBDMS. There is a 6.25 casing rising approximately 2 out of the ground with a steel plate welded to the top of it. A 2 fitting was once attached to the side of the casing and has since corroded off. The well is not leaking at the surface. I will contact the owner of this well and inquire about their plans for this well.
