1868090948 2012-05-16 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I found four inch well casing with a gate valve standing out of the ground, the gate valve was in the open position, there was two inch tubing leading over the hill into a separator/ drip/ chart and (1) two hundred ten barrel production tank, the I.D. is posted on the tank.
1877630245 2017-11-16 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed the production equipment included a 210 barrel tank, a horizontal separator, a drip, domestic gas service, a 2 inch salesmeter with a 1 inch orifice and a chart recorder all within an earthen dike. The well was equipped with 8.625 inch diameter casing, 4.5 inch diameter casing, 2.375 inch diameter tubing and a plunger lift system with the valves open on the tubing and 1 of 2 open on the casing supplying the motor valve. Identification was present and production records were current.
