1741878009 2017-12-29 Storage Well No Violations I inspected Columbia Gas Storage well # 4502 on 12/29/2017. The well location on the ODNR Well Locator map was incorrect. Wellhead GPS coordinates were 41.16581, -81.88716. The well was located in the backyard of the residence located at 5586 Fenn Road. The well construction ( as visible at surface ) was 10 drive pipe, 5.5 casing with 3 tubing. The annular space of the 5.5 X 3 was open for monitoring purposes. I did not find any leakage. The wellhead had master and side wing valves on the 3 tubing. The Identification signage was posted, but listed the incorrect API number. Company officals will be informed of the error and given a time frame for correction. Outside of the API number issue, no violations were idenified during this inspection.
