Confusion as to legal owner needs straightened out in Columbus. 4/19/10 - Dropped off registration papers to landowner - he says will take the well. 9/31 - ChipCo moved rig in hoping to plug. Landowner would not let him enter - says no clear title and wants to buy well. No response from Enervest. 1/20/12 - Enervest still planning on plugging - waiting now on weather. 5/9/2012 - RESOLVED, well is plugged. |

Have told both parties they need to get legal issues straightened out. Reportedly, well has hole in the casing and landowner will have to get packer run and in production if take it from Enervest - several rigs in the area have snuck onto well and tested it - nobody but landowner seems to want it. Was hoping to get it plugged this day but rig left. |
