2826390 Primary Facility 2019-01-14 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted At time of inspection.

On site for a new spud inspection. Met with Minichi driller Keith Bowman. Minichi Contracting Group was on site to drill and run the conductor pipe in the Dropp 1H, 2H, 3H, 5H, 6H and Gremmel 3H wells. They were digging out to place the cellar on the 6H when I arrived on site. The Dropp 1H was completed at 88'. The Dropp 2H was completed at 58'. The Dropp 3H was completed at 55'. The Dropp 5H was completed at 48'. The Dropp 6H was completed at 45'. The Gremmel 3H was completed at 88'. There is one existing well on site, the 4H that is in production. I took a walk around the location and there were no obvious concerns noticed. There were no violations noted.

2837895 Primary Facility 2019-02-08 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted At time of inspection.

Met with company man Johnny Hale. Falcon 24 was on site to drill and run the surface and intermediate casings. They were moving the rig to the 6H well when I arrived on site. There is one existing well on the pad that is in production and six new wells to be drilled. The 1H, 2H and 5H are drilled to the depth of the intermediate casing. The 3H, 6H and Gremmel 3H have the conductor only set. I took a walk around the location and there were no obvious concerns noticed. There were no violations noted.
