2555903 Primary Facility 2017-01-25 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Routine inspection to assess overall site conditions. No SWEPI representatives were present.

The well site is partially restored. A Notice of Termination and Well Site Restoration Reports were approved by the Department of Environmental Protection on December 08, 2015 (Inspection Nos. 2431228, 2431230, 2431232, 2431233, 2431236, 2431239, 2431240, 2431241). No evidence of accelerated erosion or sedimentation was observed. No violations were cited.
