0352908755 | 2015-08-31 | Field Inspected, Well Not Found | No Violations | Attempted to perform an inspection on this well in response to a request from ODNR DOGRM Central Office. The well could not be located using RBDMS coordinates for the well. Previous inspection reports from Inspector Cindy Vandyke indicate the same issue. The location given in RBDMS is in along a farmers field and is very overgrown. Previous inspection reports also state that this well may be on another McVicar property on the other side of SR 339 in Section 13 of Barlow Twp. Wilson Energy owns the wells on the other McVicar property, I will contact them and inquire about the location of this well and if they own it. |
0819510314 | 2005-03-29 | Production Wells | No Violations | Inspection this day found casing well in production, can hear gas moving thru pipes, tank is unpainted with no IDs, no dike, have not turned production in for this well - may be landowner well they are keeping on their bond. |
0879201702 | 2015-08-31 | Production Wells | No Violations | Performed an inspection on this well in response to a request from ODNR DOGRM Central Office. Upon inspection, it was observed that this well is capable of production, but is producing domestic gas only. The well consists of a 10 surface casing and 4.5 production casing with a 4-2 swedge, 2 ball valve, and associated 2 steel flow lines. The ball valve is in the open position. There is a 100 bbl production tank which is no longer in use and still has ID information from Constitution Petroleum on it. The mechanical separator is in use for the landowners domestic gas and has a regulator and newly laid 1.25 plastic gas line leading toward the house on the property. No pollution or contamination issues were observed. The landowner was not home at the time of inspection, so I left a business card with a message to call me regarding the gas well. |
1202591198 | 2015-09-08 | Administrative Inspection | No Violations | Received phone call from Brenda McVicar at 11:46 am regarding this well. Ms. McVicar stated that her daughter and son-in-law own this well and that they have gotten their mineral rights back from Constitution Petroleum. I explained the process of becoming a domestic well owner to Ms. McVicar and she stated she would have her daughter start the process as soon as possible. |
