Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
0057412927 2017-06-27 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check on well #2-1333. RBDMS indicated production was current. The access road, well and tank battery were stable. The 4.5 production casing was equipped with a plunger lift assembly. Correct and legible identification was present. No audible or visual leaks were observed. The tank battery was shared with #2-1332. Equipment specific to 1333 consisted of one (1) horizontal separator and one (1) 100 bbl production tank. The separator remained in good repair and contained a current 16 day production chart. The production tank remained in good repair with proper identification. Valves were closed and plugged. An earthen dike that was stable and free of fluid was present around the equipment. No violations were observed during this inspection.
0193395979 2004-01-21 Production Wells No Violations The tank battery is shared with permit 1332 and consists of: 2-100 bbl storage tanks, 2-separators and a dike with ground hog holes in it.
