1129159028 2015-09-23 Production Wells No Violations Inspected production well on 09/23/2015. The tank battery consists of 1-100 bbl steel tank and 1-vertical separator located within an earthen dike; a compressor is located just outside of the diked area. The tank battery is used by multiple wells (2); well identification is clearly displayed for all wells utilizing it. The well is equipped with a swedge-topped wellhead. Well identification is posted at the wellhead, but it is too faded to read. Andrew King with King Drilling was notified of this issue and will address it promptly. No other problems were noted at the time of the inspection.
