0092967458 | 2014-05-30 | Production Wells | No Violations | Inspected production well on 05/30/2014. The tank battery consists of 3-100 bbl steel tanks, 1-50 bbl steel tank, 1-vertical separator, and a drip located within an earthen dike. A small leak was noted from the 50 bbl tank that will need to be addressed. The tank battery is used by multiple wells; identification is posted for all wells utilizing it, however the permit number listed for the Buckow #2A well is incorrect. The well is equipped with a pump jack with an electric motor. Oil and paraffin was noted around the wellhead and will need to be cleaned up. Some well identification information is handwritten on the electric box at the wellhead, but it is incomplete and needs to be updated. John Bernhardt with JR Bernhardt, Inc. was notified of these issues and will address them as soon as possible. No other problems were noted at the time of the inspection. |
