Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
0048073369 2013-11-25 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection Patterson 480 had almost reached total depth. No violations noted.
0139415109 2018-05-10 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed that the well was equipped with 5.5 inch diameter production casing with a plunger lift system all valves in the open position. Annular pressure monitoring was in place for the 9.625 inch diameter casing gauge read 1825 pounds per square inch, the 13.375 inch diameter casing gauge read 0 pounds per square inch. Production equipment included a separator, Gas Processing unit, line heater, and 4- 400 barrel purge tanks shared with 3401320690, 3401320697, 3401320658. Pressure release lines had been installed on annular casings. Identification tags were present and production was up to date.
0688503453 2018-01-16 Production Wells No Violations
1323712863 2017-07-19 Production Wells No Violations The well is currently equipped properly to be considered capable of production. The well appears to be free flowing currently with no artificial lift technology in place. The well is piped over to a gas processing unit and then routed to sale and to the tank battery. The tank battery contains six 400 barrel production fluid storage tanks. Beside the diked area is two vertical separators and a contact tower. The production records in RBDMS are current to 2017.
1380241753 2013-09-26 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On site to witness rig crew attempt to run 16 casing into well casing sat down@ 152 just as the 18 casing did so decision was made to pull casing again and ream out well bore.
1380550123 2013-09-30 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection Paterson 480 was attempting to run their 18.625 casing string. Casing would not progress past casing point. No violations noted.
1388372070 2013-12-02 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection Patterson 480 was preparing to begin running 5.5 casing. No violations noted.
1431696081 2015-01-16 Preliminary Restoration No Violations The preliminary restoration for this well is completed. The pad is in satisfactory condition with proper erosion and sedimentation controls in place. Company shall continue to monitor the location to ensure the pad remains in satisfactory condition. Preliminary restoration passed.
2011717746 2014-04-08 Completion Testing No Violations On the day of my inspection Stingray was performing a squeeze cement job on the 5.5 casing string. I review the cement bond log to ensure that the job was successful. No violations noted.
2128908253 2013-09-25 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On site to witness surface job, rig crew attempted to run 355 of 18.625 but pipe sat down @ 152 and they were unable to get past that point so decision was made to pull casing from well and ream out well bore and try again tomorrow.
