1545169643 2018-12-18 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On site inspection to witness the conductor casing cement job with Express Energys cement service and Precision Rat holes conductor rig. The rig has drilled a 30 diameter conductor borehole to a measured depth of 120 from ground level elevation. The rig inserted 120 of 24 diameter .375 wall casing. Express Energy cemented the casing using a 63 barrel cement mix consisting of 299 sacks of class A cement. The cement weight was verified at 15.6 pound per gallon by weight of scale and the additives were 2% calcium and 1/4 pound per sack loss circulation material. The cement was displaced with 57 barrels of fresh water. No fluid returns came above 40 from surface. The company will top out the surface with a Redi mix 9 bag grout mix.

1549510130 2019-02-06 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On site inspection to witness the surface casing cement job with H&P Drilling rig 531 on location along with Wyoming Casing and Schlumberger Cement Service. The rig has drilled a 17.5 diameter surface borehole to a measured depth of 1,698with the depth measured from a drilling rig floor heigth of 28.6 above ground level elevation. Upon reaching total depth the hole was conditioned on air with soap sweeps before pulling the drill string and inserting the 1,610 of 13.375 diameter casing. The casing sat down 25 early and the rig was attempting to was down the last casing joint at 12:00 am when I left location.
1550002901 2019-02-12 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On site inspection to witness the 9.625 diameter 2 stage cement job with H&P Drilling rig 531 on location along with Schlumberger cement service. The rig has drilled a 12.250 diameter well bore to a measured depth of 7,550 with the depth measured from a drilling rig floor heigth of 28.6 above ground level elevation. Upon reaching total depth the rig attempted to load the well bore with 10.7 pound per gallon oil based drilling mud unsuccessfully. Additional oil based drilling mud was pumped through the drill string while I was on location the previous day with no circulation achieved. The company indicated they would pull the drill string and insert the 9.625 diameter casing and attempt to gain circulation during the cement job. My acting Supervisor Mike Moreland was advised of the situation on 02/11/2019. The 9.625 diameter casing was ran to a measured depth of 7,496. The casing equipment included a casing float shoe and collar along with a inflatable packer and stage tool in the casing string at 2,233 and 2,236, casing centralizers were placed on every 3rd casing collar. The casing was cemented in a 2 stage procedure starting with 399 barrel lead cement mix followed by a 562 barrel displacement with circulation established at 412 barrels into displacement. The cement plug was landed at a pressure of 679 pounds and the casing was pressure tested to 1,179 pounds pressure and tested for 5 minutes. The pressure was blead off and then increased in stages to inflate the packer with a final inflation pressure of 2,200 pounds pressure before bleeding down to drop the stage tool opening device. Once the device was deployed a minimum 15 minute wait period was required to allow the tool to fall before beginning the 2nd stage cement job that consisted of 72 barrels of class A cement made up of 338 sacks. The cement weight was verified at 15.6 pound per gallon by weight of scale with a yield point of 1.2. The cement was displaced with 160 barrels of oil based drilling mud an
